Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Zivaaya, your trust means everything to us. We want you to enjoy a smooth and satisfying shopping experience every time you order from us. Each product is carefully quality-checked before dispatch to ensure you receive only the best.

Return & Exchange Policy

We happily accept returns or exchanges in case a product arrives defective or damaged. To start a return, please:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide a complete unboxing video starting from opening the outer package

Important Guidelines

  • The unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange. It should clearly show the product and packaging.
  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and all accessories.
  • Products showing signs of use or customer damage are not eligible.
  • Once your return is approved, a round-trip shipping fee of ₹200 per 500g approx. will apply.
  • Each request will be reviewed and verified by our support team before approval.

Partial Returns

If you wish to return only a few products from your order, that’s perfectly fine. For partial returns, a return shipping charge of ₹200 plus box repackaging charge of ₹150 (total ₹350) will be deducted.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be processed without the required verification and unboxing video.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • If you wish to cancel after dispatch, shipping charges will be deducted.

Note: Reasons like “changed my mind” or “don’t want it anymore” are not considered valid once the order is confirmed.

Delivery Policy

All Zivaaya products are packed with care and sealed for safety. To maintain package integrity and prevent tampering:

  • Open delivery is not supported
  • Please avoid disputes with delivery personnel
