Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Zivaaya, we deeply value the trust you place in us. Our goal is to provide a seamless, premium online shopping experience with products that reflect quality, reliability, and style. Every item goes through a thorough quality check before dispatch to ensure you receive the best.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where a product is defective or damaged. To initiate a return:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Must provide an unboxing video starting from opening the outer package

Important Guidelines:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for return/exchange. It should clearly show the product and packaging.
  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and all included accessories.
  • Used or customer-damaged items are not eligible.
  • If the return is approved, customer must bear round-trip shipping cost (₹200 per 500g approx.).
  • Approval of return requests is subject to verification by our team.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Refunds are issued only as Zivaaya Wallet Credits within 5–7 hours of receiving the product.
  • Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on Zivaaya.
  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.

Note: All refunds are processed as store credit only. No bank refunds.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • To cancel, email us at support@zivaaya.com or WhatsApp at +91-8882193887
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Shipping charges will be deducted if cancellation is requested after dispatch.

Invalid Cancellation Reasons:
“Changed my mind” or “No longer want the product” are not valid reasons once the order is confirmed.

Delivery Policy

We dispatch all products with utmost care and quality control. To maintain package integrity and avoid tampering:

  • Open delivery is not supported
  • Please do not engage in disputes with delivery personnel
